Our trip operator and guide will receive you at Tribhuvan International Airport when you land in Nepal and organize a 30-minute domestic flight to Pokhara. There, we will rest at the hotel and meet for dinner.

We will enjoy breakfast before saying goodbye to Pokhara and head to the northern part, where the Beni is located, with an elevation of 899m. Beni is the gateway to the Mustang area.

Hearing the whisper of Kali Gandaki Gorge, we will have morning breakfast and begin the dusty ride along twisty roads that will take us into what some call ‘the world’s deepest gorge to see the Rupay waterfall, where we will take pictures and videos. This area is called the high-altitude desert and is  3800m from sea level.

With the cold temperatures, we will get up early in the morning and hike up to Throrong la, a mountain pass 5416m above sea level in the Damodar Himal, north of the Annapurna in central Nepal.

After reaching Thorong la Pass, we will descend to Muktinath and return to Marpha, known as the Village of Orchards. Its apples are known all over the country, and its name reflects that “Mar” means hardworking and “Pha” means the people.

The Distance between Marpha and Tatopani is 52km, and Tatopani is one of the most popular and best-considered destinations for stopping for natural hot springs. After lunch on Tatopani, we will again ascend the altitude of 2874m with the Annapurna conservation area and this famous Annapurna sunrise.

Today, we will experience a sunrise hike with headlamps to Poonhil Station and enjoy uninterrupted panoramic views of some of the largest and most photogenic Himalayan mountains, including Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Machhapuchhare Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal, located on the border of Myagdi and Kaski district.   Finally, this is the day of returning home, getting feedback from each other and enjoying goodbye drinks at Moondance restaurant.

Our purpose at Himalayan Life Adventures is to help the kids of Himalayan Life directly. We will visit some of their programs to see how they are run and to meet the staff and children.  Then, we will head to the Trishul River for some exciting river rafting!

After arriving in Kathmandu, we will spend some time shopping in the afternoon and then return to the airport for international flights home.
